TDS is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and high-energy administrative assistant with one to three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have relevant administrative experience with strong communication, analytical, follow up and attention to detail. We are looking for an administrate assistant with experience in:
- New hire set up & onboarding
- Accounts receivable
- Project scheduling
- Client relationship management
- Coordinate a variety of logistics for a group of IT Project Managers and Management Executives.
Successful candidates will be tasked with assisting in day-to-day operations for a Professional Services organization including scheduling work at client sites, communicating with clients, assisting with client billing / invoicing, coordinating with the accounting team, onboarding hourly employees for projects, and various administrative duties. Ideal candidates will have the interest and aptitude to assist with client relationship management. This person will interface with a variety of company personnel as well as clients, prospects and business partners.
- This position will report to our New York City office approximately 4 days per week and may be expected to work in our Iselin, NJ office occasionally as needed.
- Some occasional overtime may be required.
- Experience supporting Information Technology, Architecture or Engineering groups is a plus.
- Strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills and the ability to build an effective working relationship with clients and internal managers is imperative.

Data Center Technician
TDS seeks a motivated and organized professional to join our Data Center Solutions team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of data center technician experience. Candidates must have some data center support experience including hands-on cabling infrastructure and data center equipment installation experience. Candidates must understand data center operations and how to handle the day-to-day moves and changes that take place in the data center.
- Candidates must be familiar with patching schedules, relevant project documentation and typical hardware install, move, add, change (IMAC) events that take place in a data center. This individual will have the opportunity to grow their career.
- Candidates must be collaborative team players who are willing to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on while installing cabling and equipment but also possess excellent client-facing, communication, project documentation, organizational, follow-up and Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel, for the project management aspect of this position.

IT Project Analyst
TDS is seeking an entry level IT Project Analyst in our New York office who will work with a great team and develop the skills and experience to grow into an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or entry level candidate that is hands on, mechanically inclined, technically savvy, and familiar with IT Infrastructure concepts.
- You will perform the physical installation and configuration of equipment related to office technology build outs.
- Our work encompasses low-voltage cable design, AV design and integration services, physical security design, integration, and advisory, design, integration and support for data networking and Wi-Fi.
- This should be a hands-on individual with strong communication and organizational skill that is aspiring to start their career path to being an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
Daily Activities Include:
