Data Center Technician
TDS seeks a motivated and organized professional to join our Data Center Solutions team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of data center technician experience. Candidates must have some data center support experience including hands-on cabling infrastructure and data center equipment installation experience. Candidates must understand data center operations and how to handle the day-to-day moves and changes that take place in the data center.
- Candidates must be familiar with patching schedules, relevant project documentation and typical hardware install, move, add, change (IMAC) events that take place in a data center. This individual will have the opportunity to grow their career.
- Candidates must be collaborative team players who are willing to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on while installing cabling and equipment but also possess excellent client-facing, communication, project documentation, organizational, follow-up and Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel, for the project management aspect of this position.

IT Project Analyst
TDS is seeking an entry level IT Project Analyst in our New York office who will work with a great team and develop the skills and experience to grow into an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or entry level candidate that is hands on, mechanically inclined, technically savvy, and familiar with IT Infrastructure concepts.
- You will perform the physical installation and configuration of equipment related to office technology build outs.
- Our work encompasses low-voltage cable design, AV design and integration services, physical security design, integration, and advisory, design, integration and support for data networking and Wi-Fi.
- This should be a hands-on individual with strong communication and organizational skill that is aspiring to start their career path to being an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
Daily Activities Include:
- Perform hands-on equipment and IT infrastructure installation and configuration for Wi-Fi, Physical Security Solutions and AV.
- Assist with project management tasks through all aspects of project including meetings, scheduling, task coordination, vendor management, communications, and documentation.
- Candidates must be familiar with patching schedules, relevant project documentation and typical hardware install, move, add, change (IMAC) events.
